One of the earlier posts talked about how Mittal College, Malad had taken up the project of waste management at their college.
It is heartening to update you that this project has been a roaring success. Thanks to the tremendous dedication of the faculty and students, their first batch of compost made out of their canteen waste is now ready. Three cheers to that!
They have also set up a lovely bottle garden in their college which is a delight to watch. I think we should do whatever we can to ensure that our educational institutions set an example for the society at large.
